PRS are a Plant &Tool Hire and Health & Safety Training Company. As PRS have expanded so have the requirement for IT. After trying several companies for support PRS moved to Custard on a free trial. After the initial free trial PRS committed to Custard to look after their PC’s, Small Business Server, email and broadband.
We have been using Custard to support our IT infrastructure for the last year and have been very happy and impressed with the service.
When Custard introduced their new Dolphin support package we found what was already a good service turned into a phenomenal service. We now have much fewer problems and when any issues do arise engineers respond at great speed and can determine the problem and resolve it 9 times out of 10 with the automated support.
This has helped us to maintain an increased uptime of our network. We have built up a great rapport with most of the staff at Custard and found them to be extremely helpful even when we have any other issues such as how to use some functions in outlook they are always willing to offer their help and support. PRS would recommend with any hesitation Custard and their Dolphin service to all businesses that have a reliance on their IT.
