That’s why Custard has created the Flexible Support package aimed at helping smaller businesses and start up business get excellent support at a cost effective rate and, more importantly not tying you into a long term contract.

Custard Technical Services provides exceptional support to companies varying in size all over the East Midlands and Nationally. Having been in business for over 10 years and seeing other IT companies come and go we have ensured our level of performance has never dropped and the service we provide to our valued customers is nothing less than perfect.

Custard Jennifer is our self developed on-line fault reporting system. The software ensures complete transparency to our customers. Once you have logged a technical call you are able to track its progress on line until a resolution is achieved. You will be sent regular email updates as well as watching the technicians notes being added to the on-line function. By doing this we show our customers exactly what we are doing, complete notes from our technicians and of course complete transparency to you the customer.

We believe that customers should be treated fairly and get the service they pay for. To us, this falls under a number of factors

There is no contract to sign, just a monthly subscription of £45+VAT. This gives you all of the benefits outlined above: Guaranteed on site response times, Access to knowledgeable Technical staff, preferential rates on new Hardware and Software and a half price hourly rate (£42.50)
