Acorn Windows was founded in 1989 with the intention of providing quality products, combined with a friendly and efficient service.
In 2002 Custard installed Acorn Windows first file server. Since the installation Acorn windows have expanded their IT to include invu document management and a full bespoke quoting system with exchange email.
Custard have supported and recommended the growth of the companies IT for the last 5 years. In July 2007 Acorn further expanded their network with the ability for all sales staff to work remotely with access to all the required information including the companies newly installed phone system.
Custard provided a new main file server to run the day to day applications, a remote dial in server to allow the remote workers to connect in and supplied and installed the new voice over ip phone system.

Recently we decided to upgrade our server and take the opportunity to move to a VOIP phone system. Mark spent some time discussing all the options and helped us prepare a plan of action for the changeover. This meant that we experienced very little downtime and our business ran smoothly throughout the change. A technician was available on the end of the phone for any problems that occurred after the installation. However we had little to worry us and only had operational issues which were quickly resolved, even though they were outside the remit of Custard.
