What is your policy on returns?                                   

TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM MUST BE.

In otherwise in 'as-new' condition;

Complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it
(and, if possible, the original box and packaging).

If a fault occurs while you are abroad, please contact us after you return to the UK.

This promise does not cover faults caused by
accident,
neglect,
misuse
or normal wear and tear.

For consumable items (e.g. batteries, camera films, ink cartridges etc)
the guarantee period is three months from delivery/ collection.


Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charges.

We will also pay for our costs of collecting goods for replacement or refund if they are not taken into the store.

Replacement goods are sent by standard delivery only
(i.e. premium services are not available).

Will my personal information be safe?                               
Answer: Yes we have a secure payment site there will be no handing over of your details to our 3rd parties either.
      
What methods of payment do you accept?                           

Answer:Master card, Visa, Delta, Switch. Payment is deducted when we process your order.

How do I get my receipt?                                           

Answer: Once we have accepted payment for your order you will be able to print off a receipt should this not work please contact Custard on 0800 9804420 or by sales@custardgroup.co.uk and we will be more than happy to supply you one.    
      
How long will my delivery take?                                   

Answer: if your item is in stock delivery should be within 7-10 days we shall notify you of this once order has been received.    
 
How do I know whether you have a product in stock?                   

Answer: Once you have ordered your goods we will send you an e-mail informing you that your goods are in stock or not.    
      
How do I change or add items to my order?                           

Answer : once you click to go through to our checkout you will have the option to add more items to your order or if you wish to delete those items you need to zero the quantity down and that will clear your basket any further problems please call Custard on 0800 9804420.    
      
How can I pay for my order?                                       
Answer: As per above you can pay using your credit or debit card, or you can pay via cheque or backs payment.
